Age Verification Is Required for Every Purchase

At Smoke Liquor 247, we take age verification seriously — every time, for every customer. Whether you're visiting our store in person or placing a delivery order, all customers must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID before any purchase is completed.

This is not optional, and it is non-negotiable. No exceptions.

What ID Do We Accept?

We accept any valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID, including:

• Driver's license — from any U.S. state
• State-issued ID card — from any U.S. state
• U.S. passport or passport card
• International passport — for our tourist customers visiting from outside the U.S.
• U.S. military ID
• Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)

We do not accept: expired IDs, photocopies, photos of IDs on a phone, temporary paper IDs without a photo, or any unofficial document.

For Delivery Customers

If you're placing a delivery order, our driver will check your ID when they arrive. Please have it ready at the door. If you cannot produce a valid ID showing you are 21 or older, the order will not be completed and the driver will leave without making the sale. No exceptions, no workarounds.

This applies to all delivery destinations — hotel rooms, resort properties, Airbnbs, private residences, and anywhere else we deliver. Our drivers are trained to check ID every time.

What About Tourists With International IDs?

If you're visiting Orlando from outside the United States, we happily accept your international passport as valid ID. Your driver's license from your home country is also accepted as long as it has a photo and is not expired. We serve thousands of international guests every year — we're prepared for you.

Why 21+? Isn't the Legal Age 18 in Florida?

Florida law and federal law both set the minimum age for purchasing tobacco, nicotine, and hemp products at 21 years old, following the Tobacco 21 law signed federally in December 2019. This applies to:

• Nicotine vapes and e-cigarettes
• Traditional tobacco products
• Hemp-derived products including THCA, CBD, and gummies
• Kratom
• All other products sold at Smoke Liquor 247
