Do you ship to my state?

We are a local Orlando, Florida smoke shop offering in-store shopping and local delivery — we do not ship products by mail to other states. Our delivery service covers Orlando, Kissimmee, and surrounding areas within driving distance of our 535 location. What is your delivery coverage area?

We deliver locally to eligible addresses within 15 miles of the store — including nearby Disney-area resort hotels, Universal Studios hotels, International Drive properties, vacation rentals, and private residences within range. From more than 8 through 15 miles we'll confirm the delivery fee by text; addresses beyond 15 miles are outside our local-delivery area — shipping is temporarily paused, so use 24/7 pickup. Delivery is free on orders of $70 or more within 8 miles.

Do I need a medical card to buy your products?

No medical card is required — ever. All of our hemp-derived THC products (THCA, THC-P, CBD, Delta-8) are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill and contain 0.3% delta-9 THC or less by dry weight. You simply need to be 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID. No prescription, no card, no special license needed.

Are your products legal?

Yes. Every product we sell is legal under Florida law and, where applicable, the 2018 Federal Farm Bill. Our hemp-derived products (THCA, CBD, THC-P, Delta-8) comply with federal and state regulations and are third-party lab tested to confirm they meet the legal THC threshold. What are your store hours?

Our 535 location on World Center Drive (near Disney) is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including every holiday. We accept delivery orders around the clock.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We offer two regular discounts: 10% off for tourists who show a valid theme park ticket (Disney, Universal, Sea World, and others), and 10% off for hospitality industry workers who show their work badge or employer ID. We also run ongoing volume deals — buy 2 nicotine vapes or buy 2 THC vapes/gummies and get the 3rd one free.

How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?

Will my package look like or smell like weed?

No. Our products are professionally packaged by the manufacturer in sealed, odor-controlled packaging. Deliveries are brought by our driver just like any other retail purchase — there is no special marking, smell, or anything that would draw attention. Products arrive in their original retail packaging. We handle our deliveries discreetly and professionally at all times.

Will I need to show ID for my delivery?

Yes — our driver will check your government-issued photo ID when they arrive. All customers must be 21 or older. If you cannot produce a valid ID proving you are 21+, the delivery will not be completed and the driver will leave. Please have your ID ready at the door. We accept driver's licenses, state IDs, passports (U.S. and international), military IDs, and permanent resident cards.

What payment methods do you accept for delivery?

We accept cash, card, and Zelle on delivery — no upfront payment required, you pay when the driver arrives. Our driver brings a portable card reader, so you can pay by credit or debit card right at your door. Delivery is free on orders of $70 or more within 8 miles (text for a fee quote between 8 and 15 miles; beyond 15 miles is outside our delivery area).

Can I get a refund or exchange?

We offer exchanges only — no cash refunds. Unopened, sealed products in original packaging may be exchanged. We cannot exchange any product whose packaging has been opened or broken. For delivery orders: if your vape or device is not working, please test it in front of the driver before they leave — this allows us to swap it on the spot. Once the driver has left, we cannot process an exchange for non-working devices. For in-store purchases, our staff will test the device with you at the counter. How do I place a delivery order?

All delivery orders are placed by phone only — this ensures we can confirm live inventory, give you an accurate delivery time, and make sure everything you want is in stock. Call (407) 917-6477 to place your delivery order. Tell us your address and what you want and we will take it from there.

Price Match Policy — Will you match a lower price I found nearby?

Yes — we will match any price on the same product from any smoke shop in the Orlando or Kissimmee area. Just show us the competitor's price (in-store receipt, their website, or a photo) and we will match it, no questions asked. Our goal is to make sure you never pay more at 535 Smoke Shop than anywhere else in the area. Price match applies to identical products (same brand, same flavor, same size, same puff count). How does the price match work in practice?

It's simple: (1) Find the same product cheaper at another local smoke shop. (2) Show us their price — bring the receipt, show us their store's price on your phone, or call us and describe it. (3) We match it immediately — no haggling, no forms, no waiting. The price match applies in store and also applies to delivery orders. We'd rather earn your business at a fair price than lose it.

Exchange Policy — Can I return a product for a refund?

We do not offer cash refunds. All sales are final. However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions: (1) The product must be in its original, unopened, factory-sealed packaging. We cannot accept or exchange any product whose packaging has been opened or tampered with. (2) You must bring the product back to the 535 Smoke Shop store within a reasonable time. (3) We will exchange it for the same item or a comparable item of equal value at our discretion. No refund to card or cash will be issued under any circumstances.

My vape from a delivery order isn't working — what do I do?

Important: test your vape before the driver leaves. When your delivery arrives, open and test the device while the driver is still there. If it doesn't work — no vapor, no light, no draw — let the driver know immediately and we will swap it on the spot at no charge. Once the driver has left, we cannot process an exchange for a non-working device on that delivery order, as we have no way to verify the condition at time of delivery. This is why testing at the door is essential. For in-store purchases, our staff will test every device with you at the counter before you leave.

What if my product is defective after I've opened it?

Manufacturer defects on opened products are handled case-by-case. If you opened a vape, it worked initially, and then stopped working due to what appears to be a manufacturing issue (not normal use), call us at (407) 778-1326 and describe the situation. We will do our best to work with you, but we cannot guarantee an exchange on opened or used products. This is why we encourage testing all devices before the driver leaves or before leaving our store.

Can I exchange a product I opened but didn't like?

No. We cannot exchange products that have been opened, used, or whose packaging has been broken — regardless of the reason. This includes flavors you don't like, products that are not what you expected, or anything where the packaging seal is broken. Please ask our staff for a recommendation before you buy — we know our products well and can help you pick something you'll love. All sales are final on opened products.

My vape isn't working. What should I do?

Try these steps first: (1) Check if the device is charged — most disposables come pre-charged but some run low. (2) Take slower, gentler puffs — some devices need a softer draw. (3) Check the airflow holes — make sure they are not blocked. (4) If the light blinks but no vapor comes, the device may be empty. (5) If it was working and suddenly stopped, it may be a manufacturer defect. Call us and we will help troubleshoot — if it's a defective unit, we will work with you on an exchange.

Will your products show up on a drug test?

Yes — they can. THCA, THC-P, Delta-8, and full-spectrum CBD products contain cannabinoids that may trigger a positive result on a standard drug test, even though they are federally legal. If you are subject to drug testing for work, probation, athletics, or any other reason, we strongly recommend avoiding all THC-containing products. CBD isolate products may be safer, but no hemp product can be guaranteed to be completely THC-free. Ask our staff for guidance on specific products.

Will your products get me high?

It depends on the product. THCA converts to THC when heated (vaped or smoked) and can produce psychoactive effects. THC-P is significantly more potent than regular THC. Delta-8 is milder but still psychoactive. CBD and functional mushroom supplements (Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps) are not psychoactive and will not get you high. Nicotine products are stimulants, not psychoactive. When in doubt, ask our staff — we will give you an honest explanation of what to expect from any product.

What are the different effect types (mood states) your products offer?

Different products support different experiences: RELAX — CBD, Reishi mushroom, and low-dose THCA can promote calm and ease tension. SLEEP — CBD with melatonin, high-dose full-spectrum gummies, and Reishi are commonly used for sleep. ENERGY — Cordyceps mushroom, kratom (white/green vein), and nicotine are energizing. What is Delta-8 THC?

Delta-8 THC is a hemp-derived cannabinoid that is chemically similar to Delta-9 THC (the main compound in marijuana) but milder in its psychoactive effects. It is derived from CBD through a conversion process and is legal under the 2018 Farm Bill as long as it contains 0.3% or less Delta-9 THC. Most users describe Delta-8 as producing a clearer, less anxious high compared to Delta-9. It is a good option for first-time cannabis users or those who find regular THC too strong. What is THCA?

THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is the raw, non-psychoactive form of THC found in the hemp plant. In its natural state, THCA does not get you high.
