The Legal Framework

• 2018 Agricultural Improvement Act (Farm Bill) — The federal law that legalized hemp and hemp-derived cannabinoids — including CBD, THCA, and THC-P — across the United States, provided the finished product contains no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.
• Florida Hemp Program — F.S. §581.217 — Florida adopted the federal hemp definition and established a state hemp program administered by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS). All hemp products sold in Florida must comply with state labeling and testing requirements.
• Florida Statute §569 — Tobacco & Nicotine — Florida law prohibits the sale of tobacco and nicotine products to individuals under 21. We strictly enforce this policy and require valid government-issued ID from every customer.

• THCA Hemp Flower & Vapes — Legal under 2018 Farm Bill & Florida Statute §581.217. All THCA products are derived from hemp plants containing ≤0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. Compliant with Florida's Hemp Program administered by FDACS. Third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) available for all products. Tested for potency, residual solvents, pesticides, and heavy metals.
• THC-P & Hemp Cannabinoids — Legal under 2018 Farm Bill (hemp-derived). Delta-9 THC content remains below the 0.3% federal threshold. Products are not classified as Schedule I substances under the federal Controlled Substances Act. Full panel COA available from ISO-accredited third-party laboratories.
• CBD — Gummies, Oils & Vapes — Federally legal under 2018 Farm Bill. All CBD isolate, broad-spectrum, and full-spectrum products meet federal hemp standards. Non-intoxicating and widely available in Florida for adults 21+. Tested for CBD potency, Delta-9 THC levels, terpenes, and contaminants.
• Nicotine Vapes & E-Cigarettes — Regulated by FDA, sold legally to adults 21+. All nicotine products are sold in compliance with FDA regulations. Minimum age requirement of 21 strictly enforced with valid ID. Florida law prohibits the sale of nicotine products to anyone under 21.
• Kratom — Legal in Florida, not scheduled. Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) is legal to purchase and possess in Florida. Florida specifically chose NOT to ban kratom when it was reviewed in 2021. We carry products from reputable vendors that follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. Products are tested for heavy metals, microbials, and alkaloid content.
• Mushroom Wellness Products — Federally legal, functional mushrooms only. We carry legal functional mushroom supplements — Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, Chaga, and Turkey Tail. These are adaptogenic wellness mushrooms, not psilocybin or any controlled substance. All products are dietary supplements compliant with FDA supplement regulations.

What Is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a document issued by an accredited, independent laboratory confirming the chemical composition of a product. Every hemp product we carry comes with a COA from an ISO 17025-accredited third-party lab.

• Potency testing — confirms exact cannabinoid levels (Delta-9 THC, THCA, CBD, etc.)
• Residual solvents — ensures no harmful chemicals remain from the extraction process
• Pesticide testing — verifies the product is free from agricultural chemicals
• Heavy metals testing — checks for lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium
• Microbial testing — confirms the product is free from harmful bacteria or mold
