The 6 Key Changes Florida Made

Florida's HB 1613 added new compliance layers to hemp retail — primarily aimed at unlicensed, untested product sellers. Here's what each change means.

• Retailer Licensing Required — All retailers selling hemp-derived THC products must now hold a valid Florida hemp retailer license. Unlicensed shops can no longer legally sell THCA, Delta-8, or similar products. 535 Smoke Shop is fully licensed.
