Short answer: not inside the parks. Since May 2019, Walt Disney World has been entirely smoke-free inside Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom — and that includes vaping, which Disney treats exactly the same as smoking. There are no longer any designated smoking areas inside the park gates. If you want to smoke or vape, you have to exit the park (you can get a hand stamp for re-entry). Where Can You Smoke at Disney World?

Disney provides designated smoking areas outside the main entrance of each park and outside Disney Springs. You'll need to leave the park, walk to the designated spot, and come back through security — which can cost you 20–30 minutes during busy times. The designated areas apply to cigarettes, cigars, and vapes alike.

Are Disney Resort Hotels Smoke-Free Too?

Yes. Every Disney resort hotel room, balcony, and building is smoke-free. Smoking and vaping are only permitted in marked outdoor designated areas on resort property, and a room-recovery cleaning fee applies if you smoke in a room. Many guests keep their device at the hotel and step out to a designated area, or stock up before the trip so they're not scrambling.
