How the Free Window Works

• When: every day, orders placed between 11 AM and 6 PM Eastern (Orlando time).
• Where: any address within 6 miles of our 535 World Center Drive store — that covers the Disney World area, Lake Buena Vista, and Celebration, including resort hotels and vacation rentals.
• Minimum: a $30 minimum order qualifies — no delivery fee on top.
• Who: signed-in members — creating a free account on our site takes about a minute.
• Automatic: once you're signed in, the waiver applies by itself at online checkout — no code needed.

Outside the window, our regular rates still apply: delivery is free on orders over $100, a flat $15 within 6 miles, or $25 from 6 to 15 miles. Full details are on the delivery page.
