First-Time Serving Guide

1. Take 1 slow, gentle puff — do not hold it in for a long time, that doesn't meaningfully increase effects
2. Wait 10 minutes before taking another — vapes hit faster than edibles but still need a few minutes to fully register
3. Assess how you feel — do you feel relaxed? Mildly euphoric? That's the sweet spot. Don't push past it.
4. For sleep, 2–3 puffs 30 minutes before bed is a common starting point for experienced users
