How Stars Work

Here's the whole system in a nutshell:

• Earn: you get 1 star for each qualifying item on an order that's completed.
• Save up: stars carry over from order to order and live in your account — there's no card to carry and nothing to remember.
• Redeem: once you have 4 stars, a "Use loyalty reward" option appears at checkout. Turn it on and we take the price of your cheapest item right off your total.

How to Redeem Your Free Item

When you have enough stars, it takes two taps:

• Add your items to the cart and head to checkout while signed in.
• In the rewards & promo section, tap "Use loyalty reward". We'll automatically pick your lowest-priced item and discount it to free.

Our staff verify a valid 21+ ID when they hand off your order, the same as any purchase. Redeeming spends 4 stars from your balance.

The Fine Print — Kept Short

• One benefit per order. The loyalty reward can't be combined with a promo code or a spin-to-win prize on the same order — pick whichever saves you more.
• Online delivery & pickup only. Rewards are earned and redeemed on online orders. In-store visits still earn our classic in-store points — ask our staff.
