Hemp-derived products sold at Smoke Liquor 247 — including THCA, THC-P, CBD, Delta-8 THC, HHC, and related cannabinoids — are derived from hemp plants containing 0.3% or less Delta-9 THC by dry weight and are sold in compliance with the 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act (Farm Bill) and applicable Florida state law.

These products have not been approved by the FDA for any therapeutic use. The FDA has not evaluated claims related to hemp-derived cannabinoids for anxiety, sleep, pain, inflammation, mood, or any other condition. Full-spectrum hemp products may contain trace amounts of THC and may produce psychoactive effects.

WARNING: Hemp-derived THC products (THCA, THC-P, Delta-8, HHC) may cause impairment. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after use. These products may trigger a positive result on a drug test. Keep all products away from children and pets. Must be 21 or older to purchase.

The FDA regulates nicotine vaping products as tobacco products. Some products sold in our store may be subject to premarket tobacco product application (PMTA) requirements. Functional mushroom supplements sold at Smoke Liquor 247 — including Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, Reishi, Chaga, Turkey Tail, and related products — are sold as dietary supplements. These products are regulated under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA) of 1994.

These products have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy for any specific health condition. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These are non-psychoactive supplements. Consult your physician before use, especially if you are taking immunosuppressant medications, have mushroom allergies, or have an autoimmune condition.
