What Is a Bong?
A bong is a water pipe with a separate, removable bowl and downstem. The smoke travels through the downstem into the water chamber, gets filtered and cooled, then rises into the neck for you to inhale.
What Is a Bubbler?
A bubbler is a smaller, often one-piece water pipe that combines the portability of a hand pipe with the smooth filtration of a bong. The bowl is built in (no removable bowl or downstem in most designs).
