Hemp & THC Products: Safety, Legality & How to Start Low

Hemp-derived products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They may cause impairment and may result in a positive drug test. Must be 21 or older. Keep away from children and pets.
Legal Status
Our hemp-derived products contain 0.3% or less Delta-9 THC by dry weight and are sold in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill and applicable Florida law. Smoke Liquor 247 is a licensed Florida hemp retailer — not a marijuana dispensary — and no medical marijuana card is needed. Every hemp-derived THC product is independently lab-tested with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) available.
These Products Cause Impairment
WARNING: Hemp-derived THC products can cause strong psychoactive effects and impairment. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after use. Use only where you can stay put and safe.
Start Low, Go Slow
If you are new or trying a new product, begin with the smallest labeled serving. Edibles and gummies can take 1 to 2 hours to take full effect — wait the full time before considering more, so you do not accidentally overdo it. Inhaled products act faster but still warrant caution.
Drug Tests
Hemp-derived THC products may cause you to fail a drug test, even if the product is federally legal. If you are subject to drug testing, do not use these products.
Who Should Not Use
Do not use if you are under 21, pregnant or nursing, have a heart condition, or take medications that may interact. If you have any medical condition, consult your physician first.
Store Safely
Keep all products sealed and away from children and pets. Edibles in particular can look like ordinary candy — store them where minors cannot reach them.
How to Use Responsibly
Use only as an adult 21+. Follow the product label and start with the lowest labeled serving. For edibles and gummies, wait 1 to 2 hours before considering more. Never drive or operate machinery after use. Do not mix with alcohol or other substances, and store sealed away from children and pets.
